Information about your u3a

Kintyre U3A, on the beautiful Kintyre Peninsula, has its base in Campbeltown. Members and visitors come from Carradale, Peninver, Stewarton, Machrihanish, Southend, Bellochantuy, Muasdale, and beyond. We have monthly general meetings, and interest groups that variously run weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Membership is currently £11 p.a., or £6 without magazine. Part of this money is paid to the parent body through which we have public liability insurance and receive quarterly magazines.

We draw on the knowledge, skills and experiences of our members to organise groups. Membership is open to all Third-agers, including part-time workers and there is no lower age limit. We come to learn together, build friendships and connections, and have fun. New members always welcome.
